Generate alerts on dynamic thresholds

Hi,

I'm creating a IoT solution for Axians and i'm running into some challenges.

We are getting data in the IoT Hub and passing it through the streaming analytics. But now the customer wants to be able to configure per device the thresholds of the device telemetry to generate alerts. For example:

A device sends a few sensor values: temperature, operation time, humidity, doorstate etc. And for all the values i want to check if they reach certain thresholds. But these thresholds must be configurable per device per sensor value.

So i want to check per message:

if device id = x then these thresholds apply and then if threshold is reached, generate alarm.

How do i do this? Reference blobs, functions apps, logic apps, custom code, streaming analytics??
